HPE-300

The High Pressure Extraction/ Reaction/ Drying Unit is designed to perform screening tests on high pressure extraction with supercritical CO₂. A solid source material is filled into the extractor. Compressed CO₂ is passed through the extractor in a single passing mode while taking soluble substances into solution. The extraction pressure is adjusted by a manual back pressure regulator (BPR). The extract is collected at the outlet behind the BPR.
